Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal via PayPal Express Checkout. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. If you do not receive this email, please contact support@iluxxinc.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Pricing
Prices do not include applicable taxes. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery and sales tax (where applicable). We do our best to ensure that all prices on our website are up-to-date and current at all times. However, despite our best efforts some prices may be inaccurate. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us at support@iluxxinc.com or by calling us at (514) 377-3097. You must do this within 48 hours of receiving the "Delivery Date Confirmation" email. If the order has already been packaged and arrangements have been made for it to be sent out to you, we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, following the instructions within the Return and Exchange Policy.
Order acceptance
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and ILUXX LIGHTING will take place on the delivery of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions above. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
a) The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
b) Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
c) The identification of a pricing or product description error
d) We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time
e) We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase from a customer at any time.
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our e-commerce customer service team.
Liability Disclaimer
ILUXX LIGHTING total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by iLuxx Lighting to the customer. ILUXX LIGHTING shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon ILUXX LIGHTING by statute. ILUXX LIGHTING cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on this Website.
ILUXX LIGHTING endeavors to check the accuracy of the information on this website. However, ILUXX LIGHTING does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. Following the delivery to the customer, if the goods do not meet substantially the description on this web site the customer is entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
