All returns must be authorized by ILUXX LIGHTING prior to the return. Contact email@example.com within 10 days from the date of reception to apply for a return authorization. You will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
ILUXX LIGHTING will issue a refund providing the goods are in a perfect and sellable condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a 20% repacking / restocking fee.
Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at our facility.
Return under warranty
ILUXX LIGHTING warrants most of its products against defects in material and workmanship. The period of warranty is specified in the product technical data sheet and it starts 3 days after the date of shipment. ILUXX LIGHTING will either repair or replace (at its option) any properly installed ILUXX LIGHTING product which fails under normal operating conditions within the period of warranty (unless otherwise stated in writing), provided it is returned to the factory, transportation prepaid, and our inspection determines it to be defective under the terms of this warranty. Repaired or replaced goods will be returned transportation prepaid to the sender, and will only be guaranteed for the balance of the original warranty period. The warranty does not extend or apply to any unit which has been repaired or altered outside of ILUXX LIGHTING's factory by persons not expressly approved by ILUXX LIGHTING.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, implied or expressed, and is limited to repair or replacement of material supplied by ILUXX LIGHTING. This warranty excludes specifically all indirect or consequential damages as well as any labour or other expenses incurred in removing, packing and shipping the defective product, and in re-installing the repaired or replaced product.
